Subway

We run this Subway in Electronic City on Tadiwala Road. It’s an interesting area because you have all those big tech companies nearby, but Tadiwala Road has more of a local neighborhood feel to it. Most of our customers are office workers who come in during their lunch breaks. They usually look like they’ve had a long morning and just want a quick meal. We try to be fast so they can get back to their work without any stress. The shop is quite simple, with the usual counter and a few tables for people to sit at. We spend a lot of time prepping the vegetables and making sure the sauces are filled up. It can get a bit noisy when the shop is full and the toaster is going, but that’s just how it is. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy decor. It’s just a place to get a sandwich. Electronic City is always changing with new construction, but our corner on Tadiwala Road stays pretty much the same. We have a few regulars who we see every week, and it’s nice to have those familiar faces. We don't have any corporate mission to talk about. We just show up, do our jobs, and try to keep the place running smoothly. It’s a decent way to spend the day in this part of the city.
