Subramani Catering Service

Subramani Catering Service is located at No.j-104 on the 2nd Main in Hanumanthapuram. We are right on the 2nd Cross in Srirampuram. This area is always full of life and noise. We have a small setup here where we handle all our catering work. It’s not a massive industrial kitchen, just a practical space that we’ve used for a long time. Most of our work comes from the people living in Srirampuram and the surrounding blocks. We don’t do much advertising. People just know we are here on the 2nd Cross. Cooking for large groups is a lot of work, and it usually involves staying up very late or waking up very early. Our equipment is old but reliable. We have a few big burners and lots of huge metal pots. Sometimes we run into issues with the water supply or the narrow streets making it hard for trucks to get in. We just deal with those things as they come up. It’s not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of scrubbing floors and cleaning vegetables involved. We aren't a big company with a mission statement. We are just a local team doing the best we can with the space we have. The neighborhood is crowded, but that means there is always someone around to help if we need an extra hand. We just keep our heads down and keep the cooking going.
