Studio Venus Bellez

If you look for us, we are in the Jayanagar Shanti Nagar Cooperative Industrial Estate. It’s in Vakola, at unit number 18. Being in an industrial estate means it isn’t the quietest place. There are trucks and other businesses all around us. We are on the ground level, which makes moving things in and out easier. The name Studio Venus Bellez is on the door, but it’s just a plain door. Inside, we’ve tried to make it comfortable, though it still feels like an industrial unit. We have our tools and our workspace set up. Most of our day is spent right here at number 18. We’ve been here for a while, so we know the other people in the estate. We share tea sometimes. It’s a very practical way of working. No one wears suits or anything like that. We just wear what’s comfortable for the job. The air in Vakola can be a bit heavy with the traffic nearby. We just keep the fans running. It’s not a place for showing off. We just focus on what’s in front of us. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us making sure everything runs okay. It’s a bit of a trek to get here if you don’t know the estate, but we like the location. It suits us just fine for what we need to do each day. We just stay busy here.
