Stech Trainers

We’ve been running Stech Trainers for a while now over on Hesaraghatta Main Road. If you know the area, we are right on the first floor of building 28/29, basically right across the road from Triveni Public School. It gets quite busy around here when school lets out in the afternoon, but that is just how Bagalgunte is. We mostly spend our days in these rooms helping people pick up some new skills. It isn’t some fancy office with glass walls or high-end art. It is just a few desks, some computers, and people trying to learn something useful for their jobs. We started this because there weren't many places nearby for this kind of specific training. Sometimes the stairs are a bit steep to climb and the noise from the main road comes right through the windows, but we make it work. Most of us who work here live nearby or commute in from around the Hessargatta side. We don't really do big speeches or put up fancy posters. You just come in, sit down, and we go through the lessons together. It is practical work. We have had all sorts of people walk through that door, from young kids just out of school to older folks wanting to keep up with how things change. The small tea stall downstairs is where we usually end up talking after the sessions are done for the day. It is just a regular place.
