Star World Packing & Shipping

We have been operating Star World Packing & Shipping out of our space at 663 Hebbal for a good few years now. Most days it’s just us surrounded by stacks of cardboard boxes and rolls of brown tape. It’s a bit messy, to be honest, but that’s just the nature of what we do. People come in with all kinds of stuff they need moved, and we spend the day wrapping things in bubble wrap and trying to make sure nothing breaks during the trip. The neighborhood here in Hebbal is always bustling, and we’re right in the middle of it. We don't really do fancy advertising or anything like that. Most of the people who come to us are just locals who need help getting their belongings across town or maybe even further. It’s hard work, lifting heavy crates and figuring out how to fit a whole apartment into one truck, but we’ve gotten pretty fast at it over time. Sometimes the trucks get stuck in the local traffic, which can be frustrating, but we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't a big corporate chain with a call center; if you call, you just talk to one of us here at the shop. We keep a stash of markers and labels on the desk to keep track of everything. It’s simple work, but it’s what we know. We just focus on getting the packing done right so people don't have to worry about their things.
