Our office is on the 1st Floor at 221 Jayanagar. It’s a busy part of the city. We have a flight of stairs you have to walk up to get to us. It’s a plain office with several desks and a lot of paperwork. We spend our days talking to people about their health plans. People come in with a lot of questions. We try to explain things clearly. It’s a lot of data entry and checking forms. We have a small waiting area with some magazines. The air conditioner is a bit loud sometimes. Jayanagar is a great place because there are so many shops and places to eat nearby. We usually get our lunch from one of the local spots. The office gets quite full in the afternoons. We have a big filing system for all the claims. It’s just a group of us working here. We aren't a giant head office, just a local branch. We’ve been at this Jayanagar address for quite some time now. Some of the desks are a bit old but they do the job. We try to stay organized but it’s hard when there are so many papers. We open up at nine-thirty usually. It’s a regular job like any other. We just try to get through the files and help people out.
