We are located at 221 Jayanagar in the Pragati Industrial Estate. You’ll find us on the 1st floor, right across from the National Co-operative Bank on Dr Mascarenhas Road. It’s a bit of a mouthful of an address, but it’s easy to find once you’re in the area. The office is usually humming with the sound of computers and people talking on phones. We handle a lot of insurance paperwork here at Star Health. It’s a lot of forms and checking details, which can be tedious, but it’s what we do. We aren't a big, cold corporation. We’re just the local team working in this branch. We know the neighbors and the local shops where we get our snacks. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the files, but we try to keep it organized. We don’t use a lot of fancy insurance talk when people come in. We just try to explain things in a way that makes sense. It’s a busy spot, being in an industrial estate, and there's always something going on outside. We’ve been here for a good while and we’ve seen a lot of people come through those doors. We just take it one claim at a time and try to get the work finished by the end of the day. It’s a steady job and we’re glad to be here in Jayanagar.
