We are over here at 221 Jayanagar South on 9th B Main Road. If you know the 5th Block area, you probably pass by us quite a bit. Our office is up on the 1st floor. It’s a busy spot but we like being right in the middle of everything in Jayanagar. Most of the time, the team is just sitting at their desks handling paperwork or talking to people who drop in. It gets pretty loud outside with the traffic, but inside we just try to get through the day's tasks. We’ve been at this location for a while now. Some of the staff have been here since the beginning and they know the neighborhood like the back of their hand. There is a lot to do with health insurance stuff, and it keeps us occupied from morning until evening. You have to climb the stairs to get to us. It’s not a huge fancy office, just a regular place where we work. We see people coming in with all sorts of questions about their papers. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the files pile up. It is just the way things go when you are dealing with this kind of work. We usually grab lunch from one of the small shops nearby. Living and working in Jayanagar is nice because everything is close by. We don't have any big corporate speeches, just some desks, chairs, and people trying to do their jobs properly every day.
