You can find our office at 74 Prakash Nagar in Alkapuri. We are up on the 2nd floor. It’s a busy little spot, and the stairs can be a bit of a climb if you’re doing it multiple times a day. At Star Health & Allied Insurance, we deal with a lot of papers. Health insurance is one of those things that involves a lot of forms and checking details. People often come in looking a bit worried because they’re trying to sort out a claim or figure out their coverage. We sit at our desks and try to make sense of it all for them. The phones ring quite a bit, and there’s usually a stack of files waiting to be processed. Alkapuri is a decent area, but parking can be a bit of a headache near the building. The office itself is nothing too special, just desks, computers, and a lot of filing cabinets. We aren't here to give some big sales pitch. We just handle the administrative side of health insurance. Some days are slower than others, but usually, there’s enough work to keep everyone occupied until the sun goes down. We’ve got a small kitchen area where we have our lunch, and that’s usually when we get to catch up on things. It’s a steady job in a busy part of town, and we just take it one file at a time. It isn't very glamorous but it's important to the folks who walk in.
