Star Glass & Plywoods

Our shop is at 141/1 in Seshadripuram, not far from the North Wind building. It’s a busy part of the city and there is always something going on outside our doors. We deal with glass and plywood, so the place is usually full of stacks of wood and sheets of glass leaning against the walls. It’s a bit dusty and crowded, but that’s the nature of this kind of business. We don't have a shiny showroom. We just have the materials and a place to cut them. We’ve been here for years and we know a lot of the builders and carpenters who work in this area. They come to us because they know we have what they need in stock. We don't use any fancy advertising. People just see the shop when they are passing through Seshadripuram. The noise from the saws can be quite loud sometimes, and we spend a lot of time moving heavy stuff around. It’s hard work, but we’re used to it. We have a small team of guys who know how to handle the materials safely. We don't have any big corporate goals. We just want to sell our stock and make sure people get what they paid for. If you’re looking for 141/1, we are easy to spot once you get near North Wind. We are open most days and stay busy until the sun goes down.
