St Miras High School Btm Layout

If you are heading toward the Central Silk Board, you will find St Miras High School right opposite it at No.6 in BTM Layout 1st Stage. We are technically in the Dollars Colony area, which is a well-known part of this side of town. The location is famous for its traffic jams, so we deal with a lot of noise and commuters passing by our front gate every single day. The school itself is a fairly compact building, as space is tight in this part of the city. We have several classrooms squeezed in, and every bit of the property is used for something. The staff room is a busy place where we try to organize our lessons amidst the general chaos of a school day. We don’t have a massive field for sports, but we make do with the space we have for the kids to get some fresh air. The office is usually busy with parents coming in to ask about fees or uniforms. We try to keep the place tidy, but with so many feet walking through the corridors, it’s a constant battle against the dust. It’s a very local operation, with most of the staff knowing the families in BTM Layout quite well. We have been here for a long time and have seen the Silk Board junction change quite a bit over the years. It’s just a hardworking local school trying to get through the week.
