St Augustine Day School

If you know the Vijaynagar 4 Stage area in Mysore, you probably know where the Ring Road is. We are located right near there, at No 12195/E in the 2nd Phase. St Augustine Day School is in a spot that has grown a lot lately. When we first started, there wasn't nearly as much traffic or as many buildings around. Now, it is quite a busy corner of the city. You can hear the vehicles on the Ring Road during the day, but we are tucked away just enough that it doesn't bother the classes too much. The school building is a practical one. It has enough space for the kids to run around a bit during their breaks, though it isn't a massive stadium or anything. We have teachers who have been here for years, and they are used to the way things work. We don't have a big corporate office or a polished reception area. It is more of a walk-in-and-talk-to-someone kind of place. Most days are just spent making sure the kids are safe and getting through their textbooks. Sometimes the water pipes give us trouble or the gate needs a new coat of paint, but that is just part of running a school. We are just a local place for families in this part of Mysore to send their children every morning. There are no fancy extras here, just a lot of regular school days and hard work.
