Srushti Multi Cuisine Restaurant

We’ve been here at Gandhi Nagar Versova 70 for quite some time now. Srushti Multi Cuisine Restaurant isn't some fancy place with a bunch of rules. Most days start pretty early because there is a lot to get ready before the first person walks through the door. We handle a lot of different dishes here since people around Versova have all sorts of tastes. It gets noisy in the kitchen, especially when the burners are all going at once. You can hear the pans clanking from the street sometimes. The address is easy to find, right there at number 70. We spend a lot of time just making sure everything is clean and the ingredients are where they should be. It’s a lot of work, honestly. My hands usually smell like onions or spices by the end of a shift. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the narrow part of the road near Gandhi Nagar, and we have to go out and talk to the drivers. It’s just how it goes in this part of town. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who know how the stove behaves and which tables wobble. We fixed the leg on one table last week, but it still moves a bit if you lean on it too hard. That’s just Srushti for you. It’s a real place where things happen every day, and we just keep the doors open and the lights on for everyone.
