Srs & Svs Mahesh Caterers

We are Mahesh Caterers and we operate out of Venkategowda Layout in the Kempapura area of Hebbal. Our place is at number 182 on 1st A Main, situated right between the mosque and the Ayyappa Temple. It is a quiet residential spot but our kitchen is anything but quiet. We are usually busy preparing meals for weddings, housewarmings, or small family get-togethers. Most of what we do involves traditional recipes that have been in the family for years. We do not go for fancy presentations or modern fusion stuff, we just stick to what people like to eat at home. The work starts very early in the morning when the supplies arrive. We pick out the vegetables ourselves to make sure they are decent. The kitchen gets hot and loud with the sounds of chopping and the big burners going, but that is how it goes in this line of work. We have a small group of cooks who have been with us for a long time. People around Hebbal know us mostly through neighbors and friends who have tried our food before. We do not really do any marketing or have a sales team. If someone needs food for fifty or a hundred people, they just drop by the house and we figure out a menu together. It is a simple way of doing things, and it keeps us busy enough throughout the year. We do not have a set of terms and conditions or anything like that, we just talk and agree on what needs to be done.
