Our catering business is based in J P Nagar, specifically in the 1st Phase near Sarakki Gate. You can find us at No.11 on the 7th Main road. It is a decent area and we have been here for a good amount of time. We mostly handle local events and parties for the families living around this part of South Bangalore. It is not a massive operation, just a regular kitchen where we prepare South Indian meals and snacks. We spend a lot of time making sure we have enough hands to help when a big order comes in. Sometimes we are cooking for a small birthday and other times it is for a much larger gathering. We do not have a fancy office with brochures, we usually just talk to customers in person or over the phone. The recipes we use are the same ones we use for our own families. It takes a lot of effort to keep everything moving, from buying the ingredients to packing the food and getting it to the venue on time. There are days when everything is a bit of a rush, but we usually manage to get things sorted out. We like being part of the community here and seeing familiar faces when we deliver orders. If you are around the Sarakki Gate area, you have probably passed by our place without even realizing it. We just focus on getting the work done every day. We do not have a big team of sales people or a fancy office for meetings. It is a very hands-on business.
