Srs Coaching

You can find us at 203, Sri Raghavendra Nilaya on 2nd Main Road. We’re in Teachers Layout, right near Oxford School in Nagarbhavi. It’s a good spot for coaching because there are always students around. We have a few rooms set up with chairs and whiteboards. Sometimes the markers run dry right when you need them, but we manage. We teach different subjects depending on who’s coming in that day. It’s a lot of repeat students who live nearby. The building is just a normal house that we’ve converted for these classes. It feels more relaxed that way than a big institution. We started this because we liked teaching but didn't want to be in a huge school environment. It’s just us and the books. We spend a lot of time grading papers or explaining the same math problem three different ways until it clicks for someone. It can be tiring when the classes go late into the evening, but it’s what we know how to do. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which helps the kids stay on task. We don’t have a big front desk or a receptionist. Usually, whoever is free just answers the door. It’s a simple setup, but it works for the families around here. We just show up every day and try to get through the curriculum. Some days the coffee is the only thing keeping us going through the algebra.
