Srinidhi Veg Food Court

You can find us at Number 2 on the 80 Feet Road in Kalyan Nagar. This part of HRBR Layout is always moving, and we try to keep up with it. We are a veg food court, so it’s a lot of dosas, idlis, and of course, coffee. The kitchen starts very early, usually before the sun is even up. You can hear the clanging of the pans from down the street. We have a self-service system because it’s just faster for everyone. People come in, get their token, and wait by the counter. It gets really loud during the breakfast and lunch hours. We have staff running around to clear the tables as fast as they can. The floor gets a bit slippery sometimes from the steam and spills, so we have to be careful. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture, just sturdy tables and chairs that can handle a lot of people. The coffee station is always busy. The person making the coffee has a rhythmic way of pouring it to get the froth just right. We aren't a quiet place for a meeting. We are a place where you eat quickly and get on with your day. It’s a busy, noisy, and hot environment, but we’ve been here for a while and we know how to handle the rush. We close late after the dinner crowd finishes their final coffee.
