Srinidhi Upachar

We have been here at 5 Banaswadi for a while now. Most mornings start pretty early, around 5:30, when the first milk packets arrive. Srinidhi Upachar isn't a very large place, but it gets the job done for people heading to work. You can usually smell the coffee beans being ground from the street. It’s a bit noisy because of the traffic out front in 560043, but that’s just how this part of town is. Our staff mostly live nearby, so they walk in and get the stoves going right away. There isn't much decoration on the walls, just some old tiles and the menu board that we sometimes forget to update. People come in, eat their breakfast, and leave quickly to catch their buses. Sometimes the floor gets a bit wet when it rains outside, and we have to keep mopping it. We don't have a big fancy office or anything. Most of the talking happens over the counter while people are paying. It’s just a normal spot for a quick bite. Some regular guys have been coming for years and they don't even have to say what they want anymore. We just know. It’s mostly about keeping the water hot and the food moving. Nothing too complicated really. Just a regular day in Banaswadi. We try to keep the tables wiped down, but when the rush hits, it gets a bit chaotic. That's just how we run things every day.
