Srinidhi Fast Food

If you go to Rajajinagar 176/1, you’ll find Srinidhi Fast Food. We are right on the corner and it gets pretty loud with all the bikes and cars zooming past. We’ve been serving plates here for quite some time. It’s the kind of place where you stand and eat because there isn't much room for sitting down. The tawa is always hot and there’s usually a bit of steam in the air. We do tiffins in the morning and heavier stuff in the evening. Our plates are stainless steel and we wash them as fast as people finish eating. The water bill is always high. We don't have a website or any of that stuff. People just know we are here. Most of our customers are locals who live just a few streets away. They come in their slippers to pick up some parcels for dinner. We use a lot of oil and spices, so the floor can get a little slippery if we don't mop it every hour. The staff is mostly family or guys who have been with us since the start. We shout orders back and forth to hear each other over the noise of the traffic. It’s a bit chaotic during the 8 PM rush, but we manage to get everyone fed. That’s just how we do it here. We close up when the shutters go down at night and start over.
