Srinidhi Catering Services

Srinidhi Catering Services is located at 24/5 in Electronic City. It’s a busy part of the city, and we’re right in the thick of it. Most of our mornings start well before the sun comes up because there is so much prep work to do. We get the vegetables delivered early and start the chopping right away. The kitchen gets pretty loud with all the pots clanking and the big fans running to keep the air moving. We don’t really do fancy marketing or have a polished office to show people. Usually, folks just come by the back door to talk about what they need for their events. We keep a big notebook to track all the dates and menus. It's mostly just about getting the food cooked and delivered while it's still fresh and hot. The traffic around here can be a real pain, so we have to plan our delivery routes very carefully. Our staff has been together for a while, and everyone knows their job. We don’t use any corporate talk or big promises about being the best. It’s just honest work in a hot kitchen. Sometimes we’re completely exhausted by the end of a long shift, but that's just how it goes when you’re feeding a lot of people. We focus on the rice, the sambar, and making sure nothing runs out. It’s a simple setup we’ve got here, but it works for us and the neighbors.
