Sri Udaya Catering

You can find Sri Udaya Catering over at 37 BTM 1st Stage in Chheda Nagar. It’s a residential-feeling area but we keep things moving with the cooking. Most mornings start way before the sun is up. The smell of sambar and rice usually fills the air early on, and we have big pots bubbling away on the stoves. It gets very hot in the kitchen, especially when we have several things going at once. We spend a lot of time chopping vegetables and making sure everything is ready for the day's orders. It’s not a quiet job. There is always the sound of knives on cutting boards or water running in the sinks. We try to keep everything organized, but when it's busy, the kitchen can look a bit chaotic. Chheda Nagar is a nice place to be based, and we have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. We load up the vans and head out when the food is ready. Some days are much busier than others, especially during the wedding season or when there are big festivals. We just keep our heads down and focus on the cooking. It is hard work on your feet all day, but we are used to it by now. Sri Udaya Catering is just us doing what we know how to do best, which is making food for people without making it too complicated.
