Sri Sai Pg Cateres

Our kitchen is tucked away on the first floor of Mathru Nivas in Mathikere. Being in a place like Bandappa Garden, we stay quite busy throughout the day. Sri Sai Pg Cateres is mostly about getting food out to people who don't have time to cook for themselves. We deal with a lot of students and office goers around the 8th Main and 19th Cross area. It's not a glamorous job, waking up early to start the burners and chopping vegetables, but it's what we do. The neighborhood is always active, and we feel like a small part of that daily life. We don't have a big fancy storefront or anything. Most of our work happens in the back where the cooking is. We try to keep things consistent so people know what to expect when they order from us. It gets warm in the kitchen, especially in the afternoons, but we've gotten used to it over the years. We handle a lot of tiffins and bulk orders for the local PGs around Muthyalamma Nagar. Sometimes the delivery timing gets tight when the traffic is bad on the main roads, but we try our best to stay on schedule. It’s just a small team of us working here.
