Sri Sai Earth Movers

Finding us isn't too hard if you know Malleshwaram. Sri Sai Earth Movers is tucked right there between 17th and 18th Cross on Sampige Road. It’s a busy spot, always a lot of traffic and people walking by. We’ve got the office at number 264. It’s a bit cramped with all the paperwork and spare parts lying around, but it works for us. Most days, we’re out on various sites around the city. Moving heavy equipment through these narrow streets is a real headache sometimes, you have to be careful with the power lines and the parked cars. We started out with just one old machine years ago. Now we have a few more, though they aren't brand new or anything. They get the job done, and that’s what matters at the end of the day. The guys who work here have been with me for a long time. We eat lunch together on the back of the trucks most days. It gets dusty and hot, especially in the afternoons. Sometimes the customers are in a big rush, and we try to keep up, but these machines only go so fast. We don't really do the whole corporate thing. We just show up, dig what needs digging, and go home tired. It's a simple life. Malleshwaram has changed a lot, but we’re still here doing the same thing.
