Sri Sai Ayurvedic Clinic

We are located at number 90 on Post Office Road, right in the AECS Layout area. It's near the 5th Main Road in RMV Extension 2nd Stage. Our clinic focuses on traditional Ayurvedic methods. We have various oils and herbs stored in the back that we use for treatments. The place smells like sandalwood and different medicinal plants most of the time. People come here when they want something different from regular medicine. We do consultations and sometimes basic massages with herb-infused oils. It’s a lived-in kind of place, not a sterile modern office. I’ve lived in this area for a long time, so setting up the clinic here made sense to me. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it stays fairly calm throughout the day. We see a lot of elderly people from the layout who have joint pain or digestion issues. I usually sit at the wooden desk and talk to everyone about their habits and diet before suggesting any herbs. It’s a slow process, not like a quick pill from a pharmacy. We take our time with each person. The shelves are full of jars and bottles, all labeled by hand. It's just me and a helper usually. We open early and close once the sun goes down most days. We've been part of the AECS Layout community for a while now and we like the slow pace of our work here.
