Optimal Minds

Optimal Minds is based in Wilson Garden, right on Dabjharwad Road at number 298. It’s an old building, but it has character. The stairs are a bit steep, so we all get a bit of a workout every morning coming in. Our space at 298 Dabjharwad Road is filled with a mix of old and new tech. We’ve got some modern laptops sitting next to printers that look like they belong in a museum. It’s just the way things have accumulated over time here. The neighborhood of Wilson Garden is always full of life, with people walking to the park or heading to the nearby markets. At Optimal Minds, we don’t really go for the whole corporate look. Most of us have messy desks with half-empty water bottles and stacks of notebooks. The air conditioner is a bit temperamental, so it’s either freezing or a bit too warm, but we’ve learned to dress in layers. We don't have a big sign out front, so you have to look for the number 298 on the gate. It’s a practical place for practical work. We spend our days troubleshooting and thinking through problems. There isn't any music playing, just the hum of the machines and the sounds from the road. It’s a straightforward environment where we just focus on the tasks we have in front of us without any extra fuss.
