We are based out in the Peenya area, specifically in the 3rd Phase of the KIADB Industrial Area. Our office is located on the third floor of the Udayagiri complex, at unit 138-B. Being in an industrial zone like this means there is always a lot of movement and noise around us. You’ll see trucks moving in and out, people working in the nearby fabrication sheds, and there is always a bit of dust in the air. We deal with both pharmaceuticals and sutures. It’s a very specific type of work, and we just take it one day at a time. The walk up to the third floor is part of our daily routine since there isn't always a lift working. We spend many hours checking the quality of the sutures and making sure all the pharma supplies are stored at the right temperature. It’s not the quietest place to work, but it’s where the actual business happens. We have a small crew here and everyone knows their specific job. We don’t do much in the way of marketing; we just focus on the orders we have in front of us. The industrial area has its own particular rhythm that we’ve grown to like. Lunch is usually a quick affair at our desks so we can get back to packing or sorting out the documentation. It’s a steady, busy life for us here. We’ve been in Peenya long enough to know all the local business owners.
