You will find us on Hesaraghatta Main Road in Nandinagar, specifically in the Chikka Banavara area. We are a catering service that focuses on the kind of food people actually want to eat at home or at a local wedding. Our kitchen is where most of the action happens. It is loud and busy, especially during the wedding season. We cook a lot of traditional dishes, and we do not try to make them look like art pieces; we just want them to taste right. It is me and a few others running the show. We do not have any salespeople or marketing experts. If you call us, you are talking to the same people who will be stirring the pots later. The traffic on Hesaraghatta Main Road can be a real nightmare, so we have spent a lot of our lives sitting in delivery vans trying to get to venues on time. We have done countless events over the years, from small housewarmings to large community lunches. We use local ingredients and stay away from anything too fancy or expensive. It is a tough job with long hours, often starting before the sun is up, but it is what we do. We just want to make sure the food is plenty and the guests leave with full stomachs. Cleaning the big pots at night is the only part we dislike.
