We are located at 105 Rajarajeshwari Nagar in Vijay Nagar. This place is basically a small vegetarian joint where people come when they are hungry and in a hurry. We open up early in the morning because that is when the crowd starts coming in for their coffee and breakfast before heading off to work. The kitchen is pretty much always on the go. You can hear the plates clattering and the steam from the idli cookers from the moment we open the shutters. It’s not a fancy place with soft chairs or anything like that. We have some basic tables and benches where people sit down, eat their meal, and then move on to make room for the next person. Sometimes it gets really packed, especially on the weekends, and you might have to stand for a bit or share a table with someone you don't know. That is just how it is here. The staff has been around for quite a while, so they know the routine. We don't really change the menu much because people seem to like the same old things every day. We spend a lot of our time just cleaning up and making sure there is enough drinking water in the steel jugs. The street outside is usually noisy with traffic, but we just focus on getting the food out to the tables. It is a simple, straightforward kind of business for the local people living around 560098.
