Sri Annapurneshwaricaterers

Started a few years back here in Nagarbhavi. We are at No.222 in the 9th Block, right in the BDA layout area. It is a quiet spot on 9th Main, second stage. We mostly spend our mornings getting the vegetables ready and checking the gas cylinders. There is always a lot of chopping and cleaning to do before the stoves get lit. My cousin helps with the heavy pots. We don't have a big fancy office or anything, just the kitchen space here where we do all the work. Sometimes it gets quite hot in there, especially in the summer months, but that's just how the catering life is. We know the roads around Nagarbhavi pretty well by now because we are always moving boxes in and out. It’s a lot of manual labor, really. Packing everything so it doesn’t spill during transport takes a lot of time. We use the small alleyway for loading the van. People see us working late sometimes when there is a big order for the next morning. It is just a small team of us. We try to keep things organized but sometimes when it's busy, the floor gets a bit messy with vegetable peels. We just clean it up and keep going. That's how Sri Annapurneshwaricaterers runs every day. We’ve been at this 2nd Stage address for a while and the neighbors know us by the smell of the spices.
