Sri Annapoorneshwari Caterers is located at No.259 on the 7th Main in the 9th Block of Nagarbhavi 2nd Stage. It’s a fairly quiet residential part of the city, which we like. We’ve been running our catering business from this same address for quite some time now. The kitchen is the heart of everything we do and where we spend about ninety percent of our time. We mostly deal with large orders for weddings, housewarmings, and other local functions. Nagarbhavi is a nice place to work because it’s not as crazy as the city center, though it is getting busier every year. We have a routine that we follow every single day. It starts with a trip to the market for fresh supplies and ends with us cleaning up the last of the big cooking pans at night. We don't have a marketing team or a professional website to show off. We just do the work and hope the quality speaks for itself. The 7th Main is a wide enough road, so it’s usually easy for our delivery vans to load up without blocking traffic. We have a handful of workers who have been with us for so long they are like family. We don't use any fancy modern equipment, just the traditional stoves and tools that we find work best for our style of cooking. It’s a lot of hard work over hot fires, but we just keep going, day after day.
