Our place is over at 1659 Hessarghatta Road, right by the Ambedkar Chowk in Chinchwad Gaon. It's near the Pipe Line Road, so most locals know exactly where that is. It’s a plain building, nothing special to look at from the outside. Inside, we just keep things running. We do a bit of everything depending on what the day brings. It’s a family-run sort of feel here, even if it’s just a few of us. We spend a lot of time talking to folks who walk in off the street with questions. The traffic outside can be pretty loud in the afternoons, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We don't have a receptionist in a uniform or any of that. Usually, you’ll just see one of us sitting at the main desk with a stack of papers. We try to be helpful and just give straight answers to whatever people are looking for. The tea stall nearby is where we usually grab a break. If you’re coming from the main road, just look for the chowk and you’ll find us easily enough. We aren't trying to be the biggest or flashiest around here. We just like doing our work quietly and going home at the end of the day. It’s a simple life and a simple business setup that seems to suit the area just fine.
