Sree Rama Engineering Works

You will find Sree Rama Engineering Works at Plot No. 14/17 on the 1st Main Road in the Industrial Town of Rajaji Nagar. We are quite close to the fire station, so we hear the sirens every now and then. The workshop is full of lathes, milling machines, and tools that have been with us for a long time. There is always a smell of machine oil and cut metal in the air, which we do not even notice anymore. We spend our days working on different parts, sometimes following old blueprints and sometimes just figuring things out as we go. It is a lot of manual labor and precision, and our hands are usually stained with grease. We do not have a big fancy sign or a lobby for visitors. Most people who come here are just looking for something to be fixed or manufactured to a specific size. The floor is always covered in small metal shavings, and we sweep them up at the end of every day, but they always seem to come back by the next morning. We have a small desk tucked in the corner where we keep the bills and the ledger. It is a busy part of Rajaji Nagar, and we have seen shops around us change names and owners over the years, but we just keep doing what we do. It is not a glamorous job, but it is what we know, and we do it without making any big claims about being the best.
