Sree Nandini Nandana Fast Food

Our place is located right near Vidhana Soudha at the Sweet Park Complex 9. Being so close to such a big government building means we see all sorts of people walking by. Sree Nandini Nandana Fast Food isn't a place where you sit down for a long, quiet meal. It’s more of a spot where you grab something quick because you have somewhere to be. We are always moving around, trying to get things done. The mornings are usually spent getting the batter ready and making sure the chutneys are fresh. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, and we just have to wait it out. It’s a small space, so it can get a bit crowded during the lunch hour. We don't have a lot of help, so everyone does a bit of everything, from cooking to taking the money. The complex itself stays quite busy throughout the day. We’ve known the other shop owners around here for a long time. We talk about the weather or how business is going while we have our afternoon tea. It’s not a glamorous job, and our clothes usually smell like oil by the end of the shift. But we are used to it. We just want to make sure the food is ready when the hungry crowds come out of their offices. That’s pretty much our life here at complex number nine.
