Sree Amba Beauty Salon

The salon is at No 396 on 9th Main Road in Hanumantha Nagar. We are very close to the Sauharda Bank, so many people stop in after they finish their bank work. It is a busy part of the area with lots of people walking by all the time. Inside Sree Amba Beauty Salon, things are usually moving quite fast. We do a lot of threading and basic stuff that the local ladies need. The room smells like wax and different types of soaps. We have some shelves with bottles and jars, mostly stuff we use every day. The mirrors are large and take up most of one wall. We have a small curtain for privacy when it is needed. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait a bit or use a torch, but that's just how it is in this part of Bangalore. The floor is tiled and easy to clean, which is good because we are always working with water and creams. We have a few plastic chairs near the door for anyone waiting. Usually, there is a lot of talking going on about local news or family stuff. It feels more like a small community gathering than a business sometimes. We keep our tools in little trays on the tables. It is a practical space where we focus on getting the work done so people can get back to their day.
