Spoorthi Caterers operates near the Sri Dakshina Ayodhya Rama Temple in HBR 1st Stage. Our place is in the 1st Block, right behind the temple and near the old Chandrika Soap Factory on Hennur Road. It’s a landmark that most people who live in this part of the city know quite well. Being so close to the temple means we often hear the bells and the prayers while we are busy in the kitchen. We spend our days preparing food for various events, small parties, and local gatherings. The space we have is purely functional and doesn't have any frills. It’s usually filled with big aluminum pots, stacks of stainless steel plates, and crates of fresh vegetables. Hennur Road has changed a lot lately with all the new apartments, but our little corner stays pretty much the same. We have a small group of cooks who have been with us for years and know exactly what needs to be done. We don't spend any money on advertisements or social media marketing. We just rely on doing a decent job so that people tell their friends and neighbors about us. It’s physical work, with lots of standing and moving heavy stuff around. Sometimes we are working late into the night or early in the morning to get everything ready for a delivery. It’s just the nature of the catering business. We take it one day at a time and just try to stay on top of the orders.
