Spicy Hub

The place is right on Old Mumbai Pune Road in Jeevan Bhima Nagar. It gets quite busy here because of the traffic outside. Most days we are just busy keeping up with the orders coming in. We started this small spot at M-22 because we liked the area. It isn't a fancy place with big lights or anything like that. We have a few tables and the kitchen stays pretty hot throughout the afternoon. People stop by when they are heading home or during their lunch breaks from work nearby. The staff here has been around for a while now. We know most of the people who walk through the door by their first names. Sometimes the delivery bikes make a lot of noise out front but that is just how it is on this road. We spend a lot of time cleaning the floors and making sure the counters are wiped down. It is hard work running a food place but we keep at it. The menu is simple and we try to get the spices right every time. Nothing is too complicated here. We just open up in the morning and stay until the last person leaves. You can usually find one of us standing near the door or checking on the pots in the back. It is just a regular local business trying to do things properly every single day for the neighborhood folks.
