Spice Hot Spot Outlet

Our outlet is located at Banaswadi 17. It is one of those places that stays pretty busy from the moment we open the shutters. Spice Hot Spot Outlet is the name on the front, and we mostly sell mobile phones and all the bits and pieces that go with them. Banaswadi is a good spot because people are always moving around. We have a lot of different models on display so people can actually touch them before they decide. It isn't a huge showroom, but we cram a lot into the space we have. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a relief when the afternoon heat kicks in. We spend a lot of time explaining features to people who aren't really sure what they need. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of unboxing. We keep the place as clean as we can, though fingerprints on the glass cases are a never-ending battle. The staff here is just a few local guys who know their way around a smartphone. We don't have any big speeches or corporate rules, we just try to get the customers what they're looking for so they can get on with their day. Sometimes we stay open a bit late if someone is coming in after work. It’s a standard shop and we like being part of the daily rhythm of the street here. There is always a stack of empty boxes in the corner waiting to be cleared out. That’s just how it is here. Most days we don't even sit down much.
