Spice Hot Spot

You can find us at Spice Hot Spot on New BEL Road. We’re located in the Shapath building, at 27/1/475. New BEL Road is always jumping with activity, especially with all the students and young people around. Our shop is where people come when they need a new mobile connection or a new handset. It’s a modern-looking place compared to some of the older shops, but we still keep things pretty informal. We have a lot of gadgets on display, and people often come in just to see what the newest models look like. The traffic on New BEL Road is a nightmare, so we mostly see people who are already walking around the area. We don't have a big corporate team; it’s just us at the counter dealing with whatever comes our way. Sometimes the internet goes down and we can’t process the new connections quickly, which is frustrating, but we do our best to get it sorted. We’ve been at the Shapath location for a while, and it’s a good spot to see everything that’s happening on the main road. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We sell stuff, we help with the settings, and we make sure people leave with what they need. It’s just a regular shop in a busy part of Bangalore. Most of the time we're just busy keeping the shelves stocked and answering basic questions.
