Spice Hot Spot

You’ll find Spice Hot Spot over in Vijaya Nagar, specifically at 97 E on the 16th Main road. It’s a lively part of the city with people always walking around and scooters zipping by. Our place isn't very large, just a straightforward spot where people come to get something to eat. We’ve got a few tables and chairs, but they aren't anything fancy. The kitchen is right there, so you can hear the pans clanking and smell the spices being tossed around. We didn't hire a designer to make the place look trendy. We just put up some basic walls and focused on the cooking. Most of our days are spent chopping vegetables and making sure the sauces are ready before the lunch rush hits. It gets pretty crowded around noon, and the noise level definitely goes up. We don’t have a big team of waiters; usually, it’s just a couple of us handling the orders and the cleaning. We aren't looking to win any awards or be featured in magazines. We just want to serve food that people in Vijaya Nagar enjoy eating on their break. Sometimes we make mistakes with an order or the floor gets a bit messy when it rains outside, but we do our best to keep things moving. It’s a regular neighborhood joint where you can grab a meal without any fuss. We’ve been here long enough that the regulars don't even need to look at the menu anymore.
