Spice Hot Spot

Spice Hot Spot is tucked away at 503 Bandhara No Khancho in Banashankari 1st Stage. It’s a small place, nothing too big. The kitchen is almost always busy, and the smell of spices usually drifts out onto the street. We don't have a massive menu, just the things we know how to cook well. Most of the tables are a bit old, and the chairs might creak a little when you sit down, but it’s comfortable enough. We spend our mornings chopping vegetables and getting the sauces ready. It gets crowded during the lunch hour, and sometimes you have to wait a bit for a seat. We don't use fancy uniforms or anything, just aprons that usually have a few stains by the end of the day. The street outside can be a bit narrow, so parking is always a bit of a challenge. We know most of the regulars by name and what they like to eat. It’s not a five-star place, just a local spot where you can get a hot meal. We try to keep the floors clean, but with people coming in and out all day, it's a constant job. If we run out of something, we just cross it off the board. It’s how we’ve always run things here in Banashankari. We just cook the food and serve it to whoever walks through the door.
