Spicy Hub

Spicy Hub is located on Hosur Road, specifically in the Daya Park Society area near Matawadi L H Road. We have been working out of this spot for some time now. The kitchen is where most of the action happens. We deal with a lot of spices every day, so the air usually has a bit of a kick to it. It makes you sneeze if you aren't used to it. We handle a lot of different orders throughout the day and night. Hosur Road is a very busy stretch, so there is always noise from the vehicles passing by. The space inside isn't huge, but it works for what we need. We have some help in the kitchen to chop vegetables and clean the pans. It’s a lot of repetitive work, like peeling onions and making sure the burners are at the right height. Being near Daya Park Society means we see the same neighbors quite often. We don't have a corporate office or anything like that; everything happens right here on the floor. Sometimes we run out of certain ingredients and have to go get more quickly. It is just the way a small food business runs. We stay open until the orders stop coming in. It is tiring but it is what we do here in this part of Matawadi. We just keep our heads down and cook.
