We are located right on 100 Feet Road in the H.A.L. Iind Stage area. If you know the road, you know how busy it gets with all the cars and bikes rushing past. Our shop at 2010 is a place where there are always half-opened computers and spare parts lying around on the desks. We spend a lot of time cleaning dust out of fans and trying to figure out why a motherboard gave up. It’s a small space, so we have to be careful where we step so we don't trip over a power cable. People come in all day with laptops that won't turn on or screens that are cracked. We just take them, write a note, and put them in the queue. There is a lot of coffee drinking here because the work takes a lot of focus. Sometimes we stay late because a backup is taking longer than it should. The air conditioner struggles a bit in the summer, but we make do. It’s a practical kind of place. We don’t have fancy displays or anything; it’s mostly just boxes of cables and monitors stacked against the walls. We’ve seen all kinds of tech come through these doors over the years. Some of it is easy to fix, and some of it makes us want to pull our hair out. We just keep at it until the job is done.
