You can find us on the first floor at 49/50 Sadar Patrappa Road, which most people just call SP Road. This street is one of the busiest places you will ever see. It is packed with shops and people carrying boxes. Our space is up a narrow flight of stairs. It is a bit dark in the hallway, but once you get inside, it is full of stock. We have been trading here for a long time. The room is filled with the smell of metal and cardboard. We don't have much in the way of decor. There is just a wooden counter and some old stools. We spend our days talking to customers and checking the inventory. It gets very hot in the afternoons, so we have a few old fans that make a lot of noise. Sometimes it is hard to hear the phone over the shouting from the street below. We don't have a website or anything like that. We just do business the old-fashioned way, face to face. It is a bit chaotic and the stairs are steep, so you have to be careful. We know most of the other shopkeepers on the block. It’s a tough place to work because of the crowd, but we are used to it. We just keep our heads down and get the work done.
