Our beauty parlour is tucked away on the 11th Cross, 3rd Main in Sampangiramnagar. If you see Apollo Electricals, we are right across from them at number 169. We focus on herbal treatments here. It is not a very big place, just a few rooms where we do things like hair care and skin treatments. We use a lot of traditional ingredients because that is what we have always used. The smell of herbs is always in the air when you walk in. The décor is very simple with some chairs, a few mirrors, and shelves filled with our jars and bottles. It is mostly women from the neighborhood who come here. We have known some of our clients since they were kids. It is a quiet atmosphere, away from the main road noise. Sometimes we have tea while waiting for a hair mask to dry. We do not have a fancy receptionist; usually, whoever isn't busy with a customer will come to the front to help you. The sinks are a bit old and the plumbing can be temperamental if we use too much water at once, but we make it work. It is a very personal sort of place. We do not rush through the work. We take our time to make sure things are done right for each person. It is just a small local business run by people who live right around here in this part of Bangalore.
