Sonakshi Caterers

We are out here at Mb Naidu Farms, right opposite Biocon India in Electronic City. It’s a bit of a different vibe than the city because we have a bit more space around us. Our day usually starts way before the sun comes up. We have to get the fires going and the vegetables chopped for whatever orders we have that day. Being near the big tech companies means we’re often packing up boxes or getting large trays ready to be sent out. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and moving things into the vans. The kitchen is always hot and there’s usually someone shouting to get things done faster. We don’t have a fancy office where we sit and talk. Most of our work happens on our feet, covered in flour or spices. Sometimes a delivery gets stuck in the Electronic City traffic, which is a real pain, but we try to plan for it. The farm area is nice, though it can get muddy when it rains. We just focus on getting the food cooked and sent out on time. We’ve been doing this for a while now and we’ve learned that things don’t always go perfectly, but you just keep moving. It’s a tough business, but it keeps us busy and we like the work.
