Sona Choice

Sona Choice is located at 5 City Palza in Shivaji Nagar. Being inside the plaza means we are surrounded by other shops and businesses. It’s a lively environment to be in every day. We’ve been operating from this unit for a long time now. The shop is small and compact, so we have to use every bit of shelf space we can find. It’s mostly just us working here. We don’t have a big staff or any fancy titles. We just do whatever needs to be done, whether it’s helping a customer or mopping the floor at the end of the day. Shivaji Nagar is a place that never really stops moving. There’s always someone in the plaza looking for something. We don't bother with promotional events or flashy signs. We just have our name on the door and that seems to be enough for most people. The lighting in our part of the plaza is a bit dim sometimes, but we’ve made our shop feel comfortable. We know the other shopkeepers around here, and we all look out for each other. It feels like a small community inside the city. We don’t have a complicated way of doing business. We just keep track of what people want and try to have it ready for them. It’s a basic approach, but it has worked for us for years. We like being in Shivaji Nagar.
