Sky Engineers

You can find us at Avvana Mane on the first floor, which is number 51. Maruthi Layout is a pretty nice area and it stays fairly quiet compared to the big main roads nearby. Sky Engineers is really just a few of us who know our way around engineering projects. We have some big drafting tables and there is usually paper scattered all over the place. Doddabidarikallu has been growing so fast lately that there is always some new construction happening just down the street. We moved into this specific spot because the rent was fair and it didn't take us forever to commute from home. The stairs up to our floor are a little bit steep and narrow, so you have to watch your step if you're coming to visit. We don't have a corporate culture or any of those modern office perks. We just show up in our everyday clothes and get to work on whatever is on the desk. Sometimes we stay a bit late if a project is behind, but mostly we try to get home for dinner. We have a small electric kettle for making tea and that’s about the extent of our kitchen. We don't spend time in long meetings; we just talk to each other across the room. It is a simple way to run a business and it has worked for us so far. We just do the job and go on to the next one. That’s how it’s always been for us.
