Skillstor Resources

Our office for Skillstor Resources is down in Mavalli, which is a very different part of Bangalore compared to the new IT hubs. We are at 34/1 B, Vishnu, near Rangappa Cross. Being near Lalbagh is actually quite nice, especially in the mornings when the air feels a bit fresher. The building is older, and the streets around here are narrow and crowded with shops and people. It’s a very traditional neighborhood. We have a small team here working out of this space. It’s not a fancy corporate park with security guards and glass walls. Instead, we have the sounds of the local market and the traffic from the main road nearby. Most of us walk or take a bike to get here because parking a car in Mavalli is a nightmare. The work is steady, mostly focused on managing resources and talking to people. We don’t have a big HR department or a gym in the building. We just have our desks, some chairs, and a coffee machine that works most of the time. It’s a practical setup. When the workday ends, we usually head out and see the crowds heading towards Lalbagh or the nearby eateries. It’s a very grounded way to work. We like the fact that we are in a part of the city that has some history. It makes the daily grind feel a bit more real and honest for all of us here.
