We are set up on the 5th level of Prestige Center Point on Edward Road. It’s a busy building right in the heart of Bangalore, so there’s always a lot of activity in the elevators and the lobby. Our unit is number 509. It’s a professional space but we keep it pretty relaxed inside. We’ve got a view of the city from up here, which is nice when you need a break from looking at the screen. The office has a bit of that typical tech feel with wires everywhere and people wearing headphones. Sintl Labs is where we spend most of our waking hours, so we’ve made it as comfortable as possible with a few plants that we sometimes forget to water. It’s not a massive floor, just enough room for the team to sit together and collaborate. Lunch usually involves heading down to the street to find something quick to eat from the local vendors. The traffic around Edward Road is a nightmare, so most of us try to time our arrival and departure to avoid the worst of it. We don’t have a lot of corporate rules; it’s more about getting the tasks done on time. It can get a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, but that’s just how we work. It’s a functional space for a group of people trying to build something useful. We just make sure everyone has a working computer.
