You can find Sikhaar Caterers Inc at Terrace Garden Apartment, specifically at No.A 205. We are located on 2nd Main Road in the Ittamadu area. It’s right near the Big Bazaar in Banashankari 3rd Stage. Being in an apartment complex means we have to be careful with the noise and how we move things around. It’s not your typical commercial kitchen setup, but it works for what we need. We have been operating out of this space for a while now. The area around Ittamadu is always bustling with activity, especially with the shopping center being so close. We spend a lot of our time preparing ingredients and checking our supplies for the next day. Every morning starts the same way with a lot of chopping and boiling water. It’s hard work and the kitchen gets pretty hot once the stoves are on. We try to keep things moving so we don't get behind on our delivery schedule. Banashankari is a big area so we end up traveling quite a bit to get the food to the venues. My team is small and we’ve worked together for a long time, so we know how each other works. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. We just hope that the people who eat our food like it enough to tell someone else. Sometimes we forget to take lunch because there’s always something else to finish up. It’s just how it is in this business.
